Taylor
Taylor Swift may be the most unique of pop artists: one who was able to effectively bridge the gap between pop and country while sweeping the globe. Swift left her heritage in the country genre like a second skin and showed that she was the most refined pop sensibility of the time. Swift was the only artist/singer who could take the popular zeitgeist on the road. It was apparent from her first songs, especially with regard to the neo tribute of Tim McGraw. On her album Fearless (2008), Swift showcased a writer getting to know her. Fearless was an enormous success not just in the United States where its Top Ten singles Love Story, and You Belong with Me helped it to break six platinum records however, it also swept the world. It was a huge success in Canada, Australia in Australia and Canada. U.K. Swift's Speak Now album released two years ago consolidated her previous successes, propelling the singer into superstardom. She grew in popularity through the three albums that followed - Red (2012) 1989 (2014) and Reputation (2017). Swift became a household name within a genre where she belonged. She stayed on top of the charts even after she changed her own style on her sister albums, folklore and Evermore in the year 2020.
