Bashar Barakah (July 19, 1999 - Feb. 19 2019) Professionally known as Pop Smoke was an American artist. Victor Victor Worldwide, Republic Records and Bashar Barakah were his record labels. Pop Smoke became famous as producer of Brooklyn drill artist by collaborating together with UK producer 808Melo Axl Beats & Yoz Beatz. Welcome to the Party was the debut single of his mixtape debut Meet the Woo, which was released in July of 2019 on April 19, 2019. In August 2019 Two remixes of the song the song Welcome to the Party featuring American rapper Nicki Minaj as well as British hip-hop artist Skepta are released. In April, 2019 Pop Smoke released his breakout single Welcome to the Party the lead single of his debut mixtape, Meet the Woo (2019). In August, the song was remixed twice, one time with Nicki Minaj featuring and another one featuring Skepta. It was revealed that the track was produced by UK drill production, which would later be seen in his entire discography. This was due to many collaborations with British drill producer 808Melo. Mpr Flexin, Dior and other songs are also well famous. As a result of the success of Welcome to the Party and other singles such as War and Lil Tjay & 100k On the Road with Calboy and Calboy, he started collaborating on tracks. In December of 2019, he worked on Gatti with JackBoys as well as Travis Scott which is the single from album JackBoys (2019) album of Travis Scott and Scott and his Cactus Jack members.
